The ramekins are great and I love that it comes with 6 instead of 4 like other sets. I got these ramekins for crème brûlée and the only problem is that these ramekins feel a little too shallow, which makes the custard:brûlée ratio a little off and itâs very easy to spill water over the sides when itâs in a water bath.
