When I took this pie plate from the box I was stunned at how beautiful it looks. It’s dainty but sturdy. Amazingly sturdy. It is great for a deep dish pie or a regular pie such as lemon meringue. All the beauty is not inside the dish, even though that’s beautiful, but there’s also beauty on the outside of the dish. Unlike most pie plates that are beautiful, much of the beauty is underneath the pie. It is oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. Can’t beat that. Will be an update later.
