I bought this specifically to make lasagna. It works well with the Barilla no bake lasagna noodles. I use six per layer. My lasagna cooked evenly in this pan and it’s nice and high, which is great because I like to make a tall lasagna. Very pleased with this pan. I suggest using a nylon knife so the pan doesn’t get scratched.

Best Lasagna Pan I’ve ever had
I don’t usually gush high praise over products or give 5 stars, but this pan is exceptional and not expensive.Cooked items are easy to remove and the pan is easy to clean.The top inside of the pan is 13″ x 9.75″ and the bottom inside of the pan is 12″ x 9″. The vertical inside height is 2 13/16″That allows just enough room to comfortably contain, without worrying about anything bubbling and spilling in the oven, a 9 lb. lasagna starting with Dreamworks 13.25 oz. dry lasagna noodles where there are 15 noodles in the box and 3 fit across the entire pan, so I end up 4 complete noodle-meat sauce-cheeses layers plus a top layer covered with a little tomato sauce to keep it soft.It’s “scratch resistant,” but not scratch proof, but that’s to be expected vs a sharp stainless steel knife. I had been cutting my lasagna and casseroles with a stainless steel chef’s knife and noticed a few very tiny – visible only when held at an angle to the light, short scratches in the bottom, so I bought a low-priced, plastic, lettuce knife (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002MQ3SOA) which works for cutting all the way to the bottom without scratching after cutting the firmer top with a chef’s knife.

Okay, this pan is super nice and reasonably priced. I was at my daughters for xmas and lasagna is the dish I make for Christmas. I wanted to ensure I had a large enough pan, so I sent one to her house. I made my lasagna and it was truly one of the best I have every made and the pan was perfect. It is large and deep enough to use a whole box of noodles. I put the noodles in cross way instead of end to end. I typically get 4 or 5 layers and then you have leftovers! This pan worked great – so deep – no spill overs! It was fantastic. So, I can home and ordered another – for myself! 5 Stars! Hope you find this review and pictures helpful!
