Great pan and even after several uses food still slides right off
Great baking sheet. I have used it several times for chicken nuggets, pizza rolls, cookies and tots. No issues with food sticking and even the cheese from the pizza rolls wipes off easily. The metal is thin so I do hear it warp a little when heated up but all corners are flat when I pull it out so it must be minor. My favorite use has been cookies since I can slightly under bake them and easily remove them to cool without them falling apart. I would recommend them for mid to top of your oven because of how thin they are but even when I burnt cookies they still slid right off.

This is a very nice sheet.Pros:- Most items do not stick to it- Easily cleaned (so far)Cons:- DiscolorationWhile this sheet does the job and gives us peace of mind when baking on ceramic.I do find one issue with this sheet. It does clean fairly easily but seems to discolor where food was cooked.That discoloration does not go away easily. Even after serious scrubbing the discoloration persists. I wouldn’t make a huge deal about this as it seems common with this type of sheet. I’ve noticed the same at other homes that use ceramic from other manufacturers.We have been pretty happy with the purchase and would recommend this item.
