I wanted to switch out all of my toxic nonstick cookie sheets to nontoxic ceramic nonstick coating. I looked at a ton of them. These are the one I picked, and I Iâm very happy that I did. I also wanted the type that the sprinkles can slide off of when I bake cookies so I donât have to scrape them out of the corners before I put in another batch. These are not as big as I wanted, but I just bought extra ones. They are very space-saving. There are six of them in that stack in the picture (red).

Admittedly I have only tried it once and it didn’t warp, or minimally only 1/4″ , likely because it’s a carbon steel base. Pretty much warping is a common complaint for sheet pans and cookie sheets so I didn’t have much hope. According to their advertising they are totally non toxic ceramic coating and I am trusting that it is. It is thinish, definitely not a premium heavy duty product but is sufficient. They do suggest oiling the pan and use non scratching utensils so I imagine the surface is not tough, but for now it’s good. If it loses it’s non stick properties and or scratches super easy, I will update the review.ðð¤ My initial concern was warping and it passed that test. Yay!! I did oil it by rubbing it with solid coconut oil which is quick and easy. It is not whatsoever super slick though in general ceramic isn’t. I let it cool as per instructions and it cleaned up easily – good enough. It doesn’t seem like this is a rousing endorsement but I have had other pans suddenly warp/pop up 1/2″ affecting things on the pan. This inexpensive pan held its own well and that is a beautiful thing.
