Great oven pans
I needed to get some new oven pans because my old ones had definitely aged poorly (but had lasted 20 years or more, so I can’t complain). I was looking for heavy, ceramic coated oven pans with low sides. These fit the bill, so I bought them.Both my daughter-in–law and I have been pleasantly surprised with these pans. The only downsides are that they should be hand washed and you shouldn’t use spray oil on them. Both of these conditions don’t bother us. The positivres are that they are solid (no warping in a hot oven), very easy to clean, and work GREAT with parchment sheets. I do have to say we do use them the most to roast fresh vegetables (tossed in a very small bit of oil), but NO oil sinks through to the pan and the veggies turn out terrific. We will be using these pans for sheet pan dinners A LOT! So glad I got these!

Great for Roasting vegetables
These pans are great for roasting veggies. It is so slick, I don’t need to put parchment or oil in the pans. Clean up is a breeze. I noticed that when I roast vegetables in my big pan that the veggies on the edges get browner. So, I decided I wanted 2 pans that when side by side, are about the size of my large pan. That way I could get more edges and air circulation. I think that not only does more edge help, but also the heavy duty-ness of the pans makes the veggies brown better. I use very little oil to do the roasting, so the pan really helps.

Nice, but may not last
I like this to the point I’ve bought two sets, but of the 4 sheets, one of them is already showing issues after about few months. I’d had it for about 2 weeks when the ceramic finish scraped off in a long, thin streak near one end (while trying to wash it). The non-stick properties are good, but not perfect. Maybe that’s an issue with how we’re using them. You know — to cook with.That same pan has now suffered far worse issues. I don’t know how it happened, but it’s like it burned — badly. Maybe they have a temperature limit, and my wife might have tried broiling with it.So, while I like them, I’m concerned the durability of the finish isn’t what I’d prefer. Maybe it’s user error.

Must say I’m impressed after almost 3.5 years!
I bought these in Dec 2021 and they have held up beautifully. I was skeptical, but I just realized how long I’ve had these. Hardly any staining and still wash up great. Compared to all the crappy nonstick pans I’ve thrown away (you know which ones I mean – all those beginning with “W”) and the don’t last more than a couple of uses, these are truly the best you can buy at these prices.
