Toxin Free and Fits Breville Oven
I’ve been on a mission to replace all my cookware and bakeware with toxin free items. I was happy to find this one because it is free from all the know toxins including lead and cadmium. That’s really hard to find, This one also has a small footprint on the ends and fits perfectly in my Breville oven. It looks very well made and is thick and heavy. Looks to have a nice anti stick coating too. I haven’t tried that out yet as I am determined that I will take better care with this pan as it is quite pricey and want it to last a long time. I have made a point of using parchment no matter how small the task is to keep it clean. BTW I never knew they sell precut parchment paper that works great and is easy peasy to use. Dang prime day wrapped me into that purchase…I washed it well by hand upon receipt. The rolled edges on the underside have some small hole openings. I imagine if putting in the washer that maybe water could get trapped underneath and rust out. I have no plans to ever put in the dishwasher anyway. It is pricey and I’m treating it like a princess. It comes in fun colors too. Wish I had bought one of those but I was afraid it would stick out and went with the typical gray one. I leave it stored in my Breville and have done away with the roasting pan it came with it. This pan did well in my small oven but today I used it in the big oven while baking Dutch Oven Bread. Within 5 minutes heard the dreaded pop of the pan warping. Had I been baking something that was sensitive to being level that would have been a big deal. I was set to leave a 4 star review because of that. But because I think I love this pan I went back and and looked at the pan and after cooling I took out my level and it is back flat. This bending is pretty typical of most I’ve owned. The is a first that went back into place. Maybe it didn’t like going from an electric to a gas oven. I got this on Prime Day and paid for it. This is a real review. Its the nicest pan I have ever invested in. I expect it to last longer than the typical name brands that warp, exhume toxins (there’s lots more to be concerned of than just PFOA free) I’m impressed and I will buy a larger one for my range oven in a fun color. I did a ton of research. If you want Toxin free and a smaller pan this is THE one.

Sturdy and Beautiful
I bought this pan because I needed a jelly roll sized pan for cinnamon rolls. When I unpacked it the first thing i noticed was how pretty it was! Itâs also very sturdy. Definitely not flimsy like some sheets I have that âpopâ and bend when in the oven. It was the perfect size for my rolls, which came out of the pan easily. The pan was easy to clean, even with caramelized sugar stuck all over. Def recommend!

I needed this specific size for a particular Christmas treat, and this pan is quite nice. The color is nice, the finish is beautiful and I made several batches that all just slid out of the pan without a hitch.

LOVE THESE PANS EXCEPT FORâ¦.
After receiving my 1st order of casaWare Oven Bakeware Set, I ordered 2 more sizes of the same brand. They are really easy to clean up after cooking too. The ONLY reason I gave these pans a 4 star rating vs. 5 is that these pans have 2 small holes on each underside of the pans. These holes allow water to sit in pan which can eventually rust the pans out. Since these pans are extremely easy to clean, I plan to just clean that part of the pan vs. soaking in a pan full of water or using my dishwasher.

Nothing Sticks!
Got this pan to make deserts and treats without sticking. It works great on cookies and candy but it really works best on pecan brittle. Poured out onto this pan the pecan brittle flows out evenly and when cool it just slides right off. Great pan, highly recommend. Good value.
