It’s a decent affordable frying pan
If you know what you’re doing you won’t have problems with this pan. I’ve made a number of dishes with my pan and everything cooked well and evenly. I don’t think it gets as hot as my cast iron or stainless steel pan but that’s the nature of the material. Regardless, if you just want to make a quick pasta meal or cook some fish, this pan is good, food doesn’t stick and the lid is also nice to have. For a non stick pan, this isn’t bad. I haven’t had problems washing this pan either, it’s easy to clean.

Bad reviews are operator error
Itâs a solid pan, Iâm confident the bad reviews are operated errors. Hereâs why.
1: the coating is very slick even without a base of oil/butter.
2: now Iâm using electric stove (not my choice but whatever) but it heats evenly and gets a solid temp throughout the base, breads, meats, veg and sauces all come together well.
3: weight is good I like the balance as well and the handle, it just feels like it fits well if that makes sense.
4: it looks good.
(Also I spent 14 years working in restaurants as reference)so if you can cook and donât use metal on it youâll be ok. Hope it helps

This has got to be my favorite of any small fry pan Iâve owned! Best of all it can with a lit!! I wanted something small so could make a couple of over easy eggs int morning. Thought the price was good and took a chance because it had a lid. It cleans so easy, WHY would you put it in the dishwasher??? My omelettes come out amazing & I no longer have to do over easy eggs, with the lid on it makes them a perfect sunny side up!!

Really nice
I really like this pan. It is very truly non-stick and it comes with an excellent lid. It’s a good versatile standard size. The bottom is heavy-duty and conducts heat solidly and evenly.
The only downside is that the pan is initially _too_ non-stick! Oil poured into the pan just pools up in one place rather than spreading over the whole surface of the pan; food is difficult to get a spatula under because there is no friction between the food and the surface of the pan, so the spatula just pushes the food without being able to get underneath it. However, after a long period of using this pan as my primary cooking pan every day, the pan has finally “seasoned” to the point where it is not quite so slippery.
Cleanup is simply amazing. I have never used soap or any kind of scourer on the inner part of the pan. I wait until the pan is cool, pour in a little cool water to let the surface soak if there are any burnt food remains, and then just wipe out the pan under warm running water with a sponge. It comes perfectly clean every time with no effort.

I’ve had various non-stick pans made with various materials over the years, but this is hands down the best I’ve owned. In fact, this is the only pan I’ve owned that right from the get-go doesn’t actually need any oil or fat to keep things from sticking, and actually cleans with just water alone!
That said, you do need to baby it though – meaning no high heat, no hard cooking utensils (rubber/silicon only), and only soft sponges when washing it. I also never put my pans in the dishwasher.
For me, this is actually my second 10″ frying pan from Carote (2nd pic). With a family of 4 using it, 2 of whom haven’t been following the above advice for the past few years, it did eventually wear down (as can be seen in the 1st pic). That said, it still held up for years before it lost it’s non-stick ability, so I’d say it’s done quite well given the circumstances.
Of course nothing lasts forever, but if you follow the manufacturer’s advice, it should last you for at least several years.

Usado con cuidado. Sólo con espátulas de silicona. Después de tres meses de uso, todo empezó a pegarse a la sartén y la capa superior se desgastó por completo. Me parece que todas las buenas opiniones son falsas, porque la calidad de esta sartén es pésima. Lamento mucho el dinero desperdiciado.
