This is a great tool for me for portion control. Reminds me of having a TV dinner back in the 80’s and 90’s and I love that. Nostalgic and helpful!! It is very heavy and sturdy. Nothing flimsy here. I call it my “toddler plate” or my “institutional plate” because it really does look like it is used in some kind of school or hospital.This would be great if you have sensitivities to food touching or combining. The walls between the sections are high enough that you can keep everything separate very easily without risking it falling into the next section.
