I got this because my son had a nice wok and would make us fried rice with it pretty often. When he moved out he took the wok with him as expected. I tried a stainless steel wok a few weeks back and i may as well throw that thing in the trash.. everything stuck to it.This week though, I landed this BrBrGo Carbon Steel Wok and it worked like a freakin champ! Washed and oiled it. Heated it up and made some fried rice that came out just as I wanted, but nothing stuck to the wok. It worked exactly as I had hoped. I wiped it with a paper towel after and was almost perfectly clean. See pics.My only final mention is that pay attention to the size. This item is only a 9.5″ wok.. which is not full sized. It was great for a smaller portion and worked great, but not big enough for me to do dinner for the whole family (I have 5 kids) so I will have to get a larger one at some point.Yet.. I am very happy with this item and highly recommend.

Excellent Wok For Preparing 1-2 Servings
This is a small wok that is 9.5″ in diameter and has a 5″ flat bottom. It is made from high quality carbon steel that is highly heat conductive. It comes with a glass lid and removable wooden handle. The wok is lightweight (1.7 lbs) which means it is easy to handle and not wearing on the wrists. The wok does not have a stick-free coating but instead relies on a seasoned or conditioned surface that develops over time with use. I love the wok’s small size which makes it easy peasy to cook for myself. The wok can be used on most cooking tops, even some ovens (without the glass lid). Don’t know if it will work on an outdoor grill but it will work on a campstove.Would recommend this to anyone.
