    I’m a pan snob…and I do like this wok..
    I show more in my video…but I have many excellent quality pans as I cook a lot.. but somehow my wok I’ve had forever went missing in one of my moves..ugh.. so I thought I’d try this one as the price was very reasonable .. I’d never heard of Nitriding Tech before on cooking pans..so I did some research and found it’s been around a long time for auto parts , guns anything that needs heavy duty long lasting metal/steel….it’s an arduous process apparently but can be applied with cast iron and carbon steel..not stainless steel as I think i mistakenly said in my video..I wasn’t sure about this pan at first ( if it’s really nitrided carbon steel or just teflon) but after washing it throughly about 3 times in the sink with hot soapy water, then comparing it to my old teflon pan.. I think this really is legit nitrided carbon steel.it looks different and feels different..I cooked an egg in it , and with no oil at all the egg stuck, but that further convinced me this is NOT TEFLON .. as teflon it wouldn’t have stuck to pan.. but the minute I added a little oil, the egg came out of pan easily, and the surface where the egg stuck wiped right off..also there is NO Black Residue when you wipe it, another test I did. It also heats evenly even tho I have a smaller induction stovetop, miss my gas range… LOL…I know this is a long winded review, but I’m not familiar with this Brand nor the Nitride tech so I wanted to be as thorough as possible..for the review and for myself. Oh and my only pet peeve for this is I wish they’d have left the bolts that hold the back of the handle on silver instead of painting them black, as that’s one of the main things that made me question the whole pan !! As I washed it the paint came off… not good, but the rest of the pan seems great, and especially for the price point, it’s not super high-end vibe, BUT, I believe it is good quality and not something cheap that can harm you. I will be using this pan, and I wouldn’t if i didn’t think it was quality and safe. Check my video for a few more details if ya want….I do RECOMMEND this quality WOK !!!

    This Wok Rocks
    This Wok has quickly become a kitchen favorite in our household. First off, the fact that it came pre-seasoned was a huge bonus—no extra prep work was needed to start cooking right away. The included accessories, like the spatula and the cleaning whisk, are super handy and make the whole experience even better.Attaching the handle was a breeze, as it was incredibly easy to screw in securely. The lid is also a fantastic addition—it’s not something you typically see with a wok, and it’s been so helpful, especially when steaming or keeping dishes warm.My boyfriend used this wok to make fried rice (our personal favorite), and it turned out amazing! The heat distribution is excellent, giving the rice that perfect, slightly crispy texture. Cleanup was surprisingly simple, too, thanks to the whisk.Overall, this wok pan checks all the boxes—convenience, functionality, and quality. It’s a must-have for anyone who loves cooking stir-fries, fried rice, or any wok-based dishes. Highly recommend!

    A nice medium sized wok
    I have a larger wok that tends to give me better results, but this one is nice for cooking smaller meals, has a nice handle, and the metal lid is a nice addition for some occasions. It is advertised as pre-seasoned, and at least out the of the gate, the non-stick attribute is effective.It’s fairly light with a good handle so is easy to move around and clean. It comes with a spatula and cleaning brush which are nothing special, but good enough. I use it on a gas stove and get decent results cooking stir fry.

    Works with induction (or gas, or electric)
    The wok came well packaged (bubble wrap) and includes a scrubber, flipper and a spare screw for the handle. The lid is not a glass lid, it is just a lightweight stamped metal lid.I like the size of this wok, it is nice for making stir-fry meals.The ‘accessories’ I received with my wok are different than what other reviewers are posting (I assume mine are the newest things being shipped). The scrubber and the flipper are nothing great. But they are a nice touch.The non-stick works well, the wok itself is a medium weight wok (not too heavy, not too light). Easy to cook with. The bottom is flat (the wok sits stable on a surface). I did notice one other reviewer mention that the wok has scratched their induction surface, which is why I use a silicon pad over my induction cooktop. The pad makes cleanup simple, and protects the cooktop from wear.Overall, I like this wok, it is easy to cook with, and I do recommend it to others! (I could do without the scrubber or flipper).👍

    Non stick
    My old wok suffered from my use of inappropriate utensils for stirring and serving. I will work more carefully with this one. The spatula it came with works well. The heat gets distributed evenly and there is a good ratio of bottom to side surface. Keeping the heat at medium will help reduce any splattering after you heat the oil. The lid fits tightly with a small vent, but most of what I cook in the wok stays uncovered because of the need to stir or flip the food. The wok cleans up easily with soap and water. I dry it immediately after use.

    Food not stick after burning
    The pan is a nice large size, comes with a lid, and extra handle screw, spatula, and brush for cleaning. It comes preseasoned so it’s ready to use. The lid fits evenly ontop with a big enough wooden knob to lift and not make contact with the top of lid.I intentionally left food sitting on medium high heat without stirring to see if it would stick. Why, because I sometimes don’t stir in time while chopping other ingredients and by time I get back to my pan, the food is stuck to the bottom. No sticking here!The wok is easy to clean. Rinse in warm or hot water. Do not use abrasive scouring pads, soaps, sanitizers, or ware washing chemicals that will remove the seasoned surface. Rinse off any loosened debris. Dry completely with a towel.This is a fantastic wok and worth the price you pay!

    J’ai acheté se wok pour remplacer un autre !! Et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu ils vient avec un sac de transport les ustensiles on l’air de belle qualité la seule chose que je changerait et qui n’est pas un défaut mais juste un constat ses les poignée je la ferais la même couleur que la pogné du wok
