    This is a wonderful wok, and I could not be happier. It heats evenly and is easy to clean. I followed the instructions to season the wok, and nothing has stuck; watching eggs slide around the surface of the wok is a special kind of joy. I didn’t do a perfect job of setting the handle, but it hasn’t caused me problems during use because I don’t use this wok to flip food. It’s probably possible, but my arms are useless noodles so that’s not in my immediate future… But it’s never actually been a problem. I really like the included accessories, especially the wok ring, the cleaning brush, and the wok spatula. It’s a bit ghetto, but I secure the wok ring in place with aluminum foil when using it and it works perfectly.

    If you’re reading a review with a picture and the pan isnt a dark blue tint color. They didnt follow instructions. I’m not 100% sold on the handle but i’ll figure something out.
    Unbox, wash with warm water, heat the mofo till the metal starts turning blue. Give it a second to cool and then season with whatever you want. You can season it right away but you’ll most likely burn your cotton towel. I seasoned with blackstone flat top seasoning because i didnt want to go inside to get canola. It worked great.
    Utinsils are a bit too rough on the edges. I took a grinder and took off the edge and they work great. I read reviews on how you could gouge your pan with the tools and it is true. On a good note, the metal of the utinsils is pretty tough so you can use them after a bit of modification.
    I’ve cooked all the normal stuff, fried stuff, and this thing works great. I use an outdoor propane burner and everything is quick and easy. Just add some oil after you clean it and you’ll be fine. I use soap and water, dry, then a little oil. My pan gets darker after every use so i’ll keep washing the thing lol.

    A good quality carbon steel wok.
    This wok requires a little assembly – the wood handle must be inserted and attached with 2 Phillips screws. It comes with a complete set of tools including a cleaning brush. It must also be seasoned prior to using in order to keep food from sticking to it while cooking. Expect this process to take 3 to 4 hours, and do not skip this step or you will have a wok that will rust and leave metallic taste in your food unless you completely clean out the rust.
    However, peppermint seasoning the wok leaves it with a beautiful non-stick and non rust surface.
    This leads to cleaning : NEVER use a dishwasher. Never clean it with dish detergent. Use the supplied brush and boot water. If you do ever need to use harsh chemicals or foods some reason take it down to bare metal, re-season the wok. If you have to do this and don’t want to go through the whole oven process, use the stovetop method instead.
    This wok did not come with a lid, so that might be a good thing to add.
    I find the open handle opposite the wooden handle useful, partly for controlling a wok with liquid ingredients, but it also makes storage in the form of hanging it possible.
    This wool has a good amount of surreal texture, permitting one to use various heat zones in the pan.
    The only downside is the design of the ring, which is a little large for many home kitchens, but I’m still very happy with this purchase.

    Hugely pleased
    Much better than expected, honestly. I was expecting lower-mid to mid grade for the price it has with the included accessories, but Its actually upper-mid to lower-high quality, and if they took a bit more care to avoid the few light scratches and achieve juuust a *slightly* higher polish it would secure its place in the lower end of high quality and value for the price. Overall excellent value, and I’m considering purchasing another.

    We did what the instructions said we seasoned it 3 times it would never take and when you wash it it turns rusty what a waste of money notice the pits and scratches on the metal.
    UPDATE: Email from seller: Thank you for your support, sorry for the inconvenience, we will help you solve the problem. Because the wok is made of iron, it is easy to rust when the surface of the wok is not kept dry for a long time. We recommend that you soak in warm water, then clean the rusty area with a brush, and reflavor it for normal use. Tips to prevent iron pot from rusting:
    1. Clean and keep dry in time.
    2. After each cooking, please coat the surface of the wok with a layer of cooking oil, so that the wok forms a layer of natural oil film, which can not only prevent rust, but also achieve non-stick effect.

    The seasoning takes awhile but, well worth the effort. Turns a nice blue/black colour. It heats evenly and it’s non stick makes for easy clean up.I didn’t use the utensils as I have my own. For the price I think it’s well worth it.

    This is a very good quality wok.
    Make sure you season it before using it.
    It takes a seasoning very nicely.
    I used canola oil and and electric burner stove. They give you instructions.
    It takes a long time but you only have to do it once. The tools are light but satisfactory quality for occasional use.
