Fantastic Cookware
I happen to have a complete set of Caraway ceramic cookware. I purchased this for my brother and his wife for Christmas and they really loved it. This cookware is heavy weight, sturdy, beautiful colors and nothing sticks to it. I love every single piece of mine. I am sure this sheet would be great for baking cooking, rolls or just about anything alone those lines. My brother uses his for cooking bacon in the oven, he puts a wire rack on it and puts the bacon on top and it cooks to perfection, then you have nothing to do but pour out the grease and wipe the pan then store. I would recommend Caraway Cookware or any kind to anyone, will be the last you ever buy.

These are the best! They look great, heat evenly, no buckling, perfect size, big enough for handling large crowd good, nice detail having the side handles, cook perfectly, super easy clean, I’m delighted with them and they are a definitely upgrade from my beat up old rusty stained sheets. So far, no need to use aluminum or parchment paper, love them. Big fan!

Really nice, LARGE, non-stick pan!
I’ve used this twice and the way the food doesn’t stick to the ceramic changes the way you cook! Clean up is breeze. I bought it because my old pan was totally beat up and I’ve been try to switch to kitchen items that are non-toxic. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the bottom side does seem to scratch easily. I still love the pan, but it’s worth mentioning.

The product arrived in good condition and looks great. Knocking off a star because it requires you to review it to have your warranty activated but you must do it within one week. Doesnât really give me a fair chance to âreviewâ the product entirely. However, seems like it will be good.

Good sheet pan
Use for homemade pizza. Very light coat of olive oil and crust browns well and slides off with no utensils needed. Cooking at 450 and no warpage. Super easy to clean. Suggest not stacking with other sheet pans unless using a paper separator. The ceramic is super slick yet can be damaged thru improper use.

Well worth the price
Recently I decided to get rid of teflon-coated pans and bakeware in my kitchen. No, not because I saw something on Tik Tok, but rather because we now have options for non-stick surfaces that we didn’t have in years past. I remember when teflon was brand new and was so great as a non-stick surface, easy clean up, etc. The other day I had an ah-hah moment when washing my old non-stick, teflon-coated cookie sheet. I was looking at the build up of grease that won’t come off without scrubbing, and it occurred to me that if I have to scrub it, might some of the teflon be coming off too, and therefore it could be coming off in my food? Well I’m not a scientist and don’t have a way to know the answer to that question. I decided rather than wonder about it further to simply go with a different product that doesn’t have a teflon-coating. I wish I had done this sooner. This is far easier to clean and it’s a lot harder to scratch (not that I’m trying to scratch anything). So while teflon was a great invention ‘back in the day,’ it’s time to move on to other options.

Great pans! They clean well and feel sturdy. I do use a silicone sheet when baking. The sheets will bend in temps between 400 and 500 degrees. They do return to form after they cool off. I highly recommend.
