Like lots of people who choose Caraway products, I did a ton of research on nontoxic, nonstick cookware.This 9 inch baking dish does not disappoint! Itâs sleek, durable, and a lovely colorâI went with slate. I made a Shepherdâs pie for my family to break in this new addition to my kitchen. It turned out perfect! I didnât read if itâs designed to be broiler safe or not, but it did just fine for broiling for 4 minutes to caramelize the cheese on top of the Shepherdâs pie. Cleanup was super simple and easy. No stuck-on food, and it didnât stain.Bottom line: If youâre looking for nontoxic cookware thatâs well-made by a company that cares, look no further than Caraway! Well worth the money for the quality and peace of mind knowing Iâm cooking good food and nothing toxic is seeping into my meals.This is my first Caraway product, and I plan to upgrade my whole kitchen to Caraway products. I plan to get the Dutch oven and the baking sheets next.

I have not baked anything in my new cake pans yet, but I can tell these are great quality like all the other cookware and bakeware pieces I have purchased from Caraway so far. All of the cookware/bakeware from this brand comes well packaged. The pans have a good depth and the baking capacity is what you would expect, are very easy to clean, and I feel are a fair value for the money due to the high quality. The pans can nest together in your cabinet, or be placed side by side. I have a dedicated space now for all my Caraway cookware and bakeware. Pleased with my purchase.

Honestly jealous Iâm not getting gifted this. Seems like very high quality and the color is great! I can tell the non stick on it is good and isnât toxic like teflon. Iâm sure clean up will be a breeze as well! I hope my friend loves the set I got her!

This is without a doubt the best cake pan I have ever used. It is a great weight, easy to clean, heats evenly-itâs perfect. In my many years of cooking I have used both inexpensive and expensive brands of cookware and often found something not right with all. This is not the case with this pan. Caraway products are expensive but totally worth it!
