I can not tell you how much I LOVE this pan! I love this pan over my entire set of those ones that start with “Hex”. This is the ONLY pan that I own that doesn’t burn the food when I simmer something on my electric stove. (How much I hate that electric stove is another story.) Clean up is a breeze…everything just slides right out. It is lightweight as well. I wish I had invested in a set of Caraway pots and pans instead of the “Hex” set.

I got this in the beginning of winter and have been making cozy dinners since. I love all caraway products and this one is no different. It is holding up will and washes great. Looks nice on the stove. I got the blue and did not disappoint.
