Great nonstick surface, works in “bridge mode”
We got a new Wolf induction range with a bridge mode feature that can join two burners under a large pan like this one. First two we ordered (GreenPan and Staub) didn’t work for various reasons (GreenPan wouldn’t stay in bridge mode, Staub was not non-stick). Third time’s the charm – this Caraway pan has a sturdy, flat construction and the non-stick surface is great. Would highly recommend this and all Caraway pans based on the quality and relative value of this pan.

High quality
I love this pan. It is built to last and fits perfectly on my stove. Easy clean, and incredibly versatile. My only wish is that it came with a lid or there was an option to purchase a lid separately.

Well built
Very nice griddle, heavy, well made, nice looking. I think the brass handles really accentuate its looks. Seems to work well with induction. No problems with uneven cooking so far.

Pay that much to last a couple months
This product (much like my other fancy caraway pan) is beautiful and lovely for so short a time. I thought this time would be different, I mustâve done something wrong with my other Caraway pan for it to stop working so quickly. Maybe I cooked the wrong types of foods, maybe I put it on too high heat. With this beautiful piece, I intended it to be used for primarily tortillas. I use my fingers to flip the tortillas and no type of utensils were used that might potentially scratch it. I thought I was reaching success, a few months went by and I could still make tortillas. But today I tried pancakes. Clearly that didnât go very well. After the first couple stuck so bad I even sprayed some oil on the rest of the pan and they even stuck where the oil was. I am glad I bought it on a prime day sale, but even that was too much money spent on something that lasts so little time. Itâs exactly what happened with my last one. It just gives up and dies, everything sticks to it, no matter the butter or oil. I read the care instructions, followed the rules, used the soft sponge, etc.I finished my pancakes out on my trusty cast-iron skillet. They turned out beautifully, so this thing is going in the trash.

Beautiful, but too many imperfections
I ended up returning because both that I recieved had multiple imperfections in the ceramic coating. For the money this costs, I wasn’t satisfied with it having multiple spots. I may have been able to forgive one. I’m not completely tanking my stars though because it really was a beautiful pan. I’m going to try a different brand of this same design and hope I have better luck.

Works well
This honestly works better than my old “non-stick” pan. I have an induction cooktop, and this worked great on it. Size is perfect, and the heating is pretty even across the pan. I used it to cook a bunch of chicken tenders, and even the ones placed on the sides cooked evenly. Highly recommended!

Uneven cooking on induction
We were unsure about the price. The build quality and appearance were nice, and it cleaned up very well. However, on induction cooktops using the double-burner option we experienced uneven cooking. The griddle was well centered, but when cooking pancakes side by side the middle of the pan was much hotter than the outside 2-3 inches. The pancakes were turning black near the middle of the pan before the part further out finished cooking.Final couple pancakes were placed only in the center, and they cooked very well.We think this would work well on a gas stove, where the heat can spread out naturally, but since induction only heats the part above the coil, and must spread through the pan to the edges, a different design must be needed to help the heat spread well.
