This is for the original serrated edge steak knives
bought our Cangshan 5 inch steak knives over 4 years ago. we bought 2 sets of 4 for about $50 a set. they were a fraction of the price of the Wustof steak knives and the handles matched our Wustof knives almost perfectly. We use these knives daily more as utility knives than steak knives and they’re still sharp and doing great.looks like the new version is smooth edged so not sure how that changes things. almost tempted to get a set to see if they’re any better. if they are as good as the previous versions, I highly recommend them

My husband and I were impressed with these knives when we used them at a restaurant in Nashville, TN. We snapped a pic and then looked up the brand on Amazon and were delighted to find them! They are great looking and really excellent to use as steak knives.They seem like good quality but the jury is out on how they wear.
