Large enough to be able to do multiple prep. East to maintain. Doesnât move much when you apply pleasure but moves easily enough to clean when needed. Once you put some oil on it, it stays protected and works perfectly.

I positioned mine opposite fridge on Island and it works out great. Originally I bought it thinking it was going by the sink but it did not fit.But very convenient.

It works well as extra countertop space over the range or sink. The wood is bamboo and it’s very hard. If I cut anything directly on this wood, it destroys the sharpness of my knives. The wood also splinters very easily. I use the plastic cutting sheets on this when I cut.

The board fits my sink, and it was sturdy when I chopped on it. But after I washed it, the surface shows splinter. Look closely at the first image. They are all over the board. Can’t use it any more cause I’m not serving places of cutting board in my food.

Love this over the edge cutting board. The only thing that would make it great is rubber grippers on the bottom so it doesn’t slide. It is beautiful and easy to clean. Just needs to be oiled with food grade mineral oil and it is ready to go.
