Food slips off!
These pans are fantastic! Food slips off and cleanup is a dream. I did get a first set and it was the opposite – I never saw pans that stuck so much. Obviously they were defective. I asked to return them and get another pair. It was an easy return and the new pans are great, what they should be.

We reviewed a few of these pans to find the right ones and these are great and priced right. They shipped quickly and without damage. They have a great non-stick surface and clean easily. You never know just how bad your current cookware is until you replace it. These are a homerun.

Great non stick pans!
I bought these to replace my other non stick pans that were starting to chip. I also purchased stainless steel but wanted a couple easy to use ones for my son to be able to use without ruining lol. I don’t use non stick sprays on any of my pans but I do put a little olive or avocado oil in the pan. I’ve made eggs, grilled cheese, quick stir fry of veggies, etc. using rubber or wooden utensils. Zero scratching, sticking and really easy to clean. I let them cool then clean with soapy water and rinse. I do not put pots and pans in the dishwasher to prolong the life of them.

Definitely not non-stick
I have used Calphalon pans for years now and have never had an issue so, I was very excited to see these ceramic pans and read the reviews. Neither pan lives up to the hype in the reviews. Food sticks to both pans whether I use no oil, a little, or a lot of oil and regardless of the level of heat – low or medium. Everything sticks. The pans were more expensive than the typical hard-anodized pans I typically use so, I’m disappointed both in performance and cost of this ceramic set.
