Great pan
Love the size and the non-Teflon nonstick coating. Solid but not heavy. Love that it can go into the oven to finish dishes. Cleans up super easy.

Just what I was looking for
This pan is the perfect size for frying. It sears the meat very well. It cleans easily. If you are looking for a pan that works well with glass top electric stove, this is it. I did not realize that some pans don’t work well on glass stove top. Then I got a pan that would not sear the meat even on the top heat level. I did the research and found this pan. I am glad I did. I like it so much I will get one for my 2 daughters.

This is our third 12″ Calphalon skillet. It is definitely thinner and lighter than the others. We like and trust the brand and we will see how this one holds up. I can’t give it a bad review because it is performing fine. I just wanted to let others know that it is not the same 12″ skillet they are accustomed to. Only time will tell

Calphalon Product not made in US
Calphalon was always made in US. I ordered a replacement as I love my 12âfrying pan. I buy almost every two years as I use them daily.
I received it today. It had no weight to it and I looked on the bottom and it is made in China. It is a cheap copy of my original Calphalons which are stamped made in the USA. A waste of money.
