Not good on flat top
I have a flat top and this pan didn’t sit entirely flat so center cooked much faster. It would probably work fine on a gas stove sitting on a grate. Just didn’t work on my electric flat top

We are disappointed that the handle on this pan is really not cool while cooking on the Stovetop. It required a potholder to move.

Worst Pan Ever
Without a doubt this is the worst pan I ever had. Third time making bacon the bacon stuck to the pan like glue. Had to scrape to get residue off. Horrible. Don’t waste your money.

Solid pan. With lid it’s fairly hefty but the looped handle opposite the regular handle makes it easy to lift. Bottom is very flat for use on a smooth electric cooktop. Holds heat well and heats evenly. Good seal from the hefty glass lid (glass lid is great) and cleans up easily.
