These knives hold their edge very well, making cutting vegetables and meats much smoother. I was able to cut onions very thin, making my cooking simpler.

Works well but
These are sharp and work well but the larger knife came in with a bent point. It was actually a gift and they decided to go ahead and use it as they needed a knife that day, but would rather have given them a gift that was perfect and not bent.
