Truly no stick muffins.
I love this muffin pan. I made blueberry cake muffins and egg bites with cheese- NOTHING stuck, the muffins came out super easy. Plus the metal border keeps the sturdy structure of the pan. I placed this muffin pan on a shallow sheet pan, just to ensure the bottoms didnât cook quicker than the tops. Clean up is beyond easy, just a little soap and water.

I was pleasantly surprised that it worked like it was supposed to. I make large batches of frittatas for breakfasts. I had to use liners and the cupcake tins were hard to clean. I was able to pour the egg mix directly into the silicone trays and bake. The egg bites popped right out easily. The trays cleaned easily with a sponge. The metal band around the tray made it stable enough to put in the oven without spills.

I bought this for making bacon and egg cups. The silicon makes it so much easier to pop them out when done so the yolk doesn’t get broken. I now use it for anything and everything. I will never go back to a traditional metal muffin tin.
