Great for eggs!
I use these silicone trays to meal prep eggs for the week. I really love how easy it is to clean. It very bendy and flexible so it has to sit on a baking sheet when used in the oven.

These work great as egg/egg white molds when making breakfast sandwiches. I do still spray them with a little olive oil but the eggs come out clean and cook perfectly. Just don’t forget to put them on a baking sheet before filling them!

I have been using this mold for a couple months to make my own breakfast sandwiches and it is perfect! Eggs come out perfect every time. Just like with other pans/moulds, I do spray it with no stick spray and have never had an issue with them sticking. Will be using it for tarts as well! Not disappointed at all!

Very easy to clean. Non stick surface makes it easy to remove food/deserts. Issue I had with it is that you needed a cookie sheet or some solid surface underneath in order to use these. Transferring them from the counter to the oven without anything underneath is near impossible.
