Sharp! But they are all butcher knives, in the photo it looked like some are smaller table size steak knives and they are not.

a knife set to make an impression
I love a good knife, so I’m going to be picky with these. Overall, a great set of knives that both look, and work, well.Sharpness: out of the roll every single one was “shave the forearm clean” kind of sharp, even the big cleavers. They compare very well to high end Japanese knives that sell for many times the price as far as initial sharpness.Blade material: It feels and performs/cuts well. One thing I did notice was that I had water spots on the blade after it air dried, something I haven’t seen on my other Japanese or German knives. A quick rinse and a towel and it cleaned right up, but will need to see how they perform long term.Handle: Overall the knives have a good feel and balance. Even with my XXL hands they had a nice grip and natural cutting action. The one thing I did notice was that the walnut handles looked a little dried out after just a couple washings. Nothing a little mineral oil won’t take care of.Overall usability: The set is a little heavy on cleaver style blades, but I knew that going in. About the only critique is that the fillet knife blade it a lot stiffer than I’d prefer for that function.Presentation: This is where this set crushes it! The knives are attractive, as is the carrying roll for them. They certainly make an impression. In the long run, not sure how useful the roll bag is other than for transport, I expect to get a magnetic bar for them for everyday use in the kitchen.

Compared to things that I have bought in the past, these knives are incredibly sharp and extremely easy to maintain. They’re so smooth and easy to clean after use, I don’t have to worry about any dents, damage, nor rusting in the blade itself. I highly recommend storing these in the bag that it comes with, otherwise you’re not going to like losing a finger when you stick your hand into a drawer with these. Just be safe, and you’ll love them!

Great quality knife set and travel bag.
My dad likes to bbq and cook outside and is always using whatever knives he finds lol. I decided to find a set of knives for him to use and came across these. This set comes with 7 knives and a roll up leather carry case. The knives are very well made in my opinion. The handles are made of wood, and the knives are full tang, so they go all the way through the handle. The steel also looks very good, and they come super sharp. Each knife has a nice weight to it and makes cutting thicket pieces of meat a lot easier. This has been a great set, and my dad is very happy with it.
