These are excellent cookie sheets! Very well made and very sturdy – very heavy, too. I always use parchment paper on my cookie sheets, so I don’t see any problems with cleaning them. I’m very pleased with them and I plan to buy a couple different sizes!

Great Product TERRIBLE delivery
These are awesome baking sheets, very thick and stable with no warping when heated. Negative part is the delivery driver left it outside in the rain and had my “door” sign for it (deliveries are to be handed to a PERSON at the front Desk). There could have been a book in the box for all they/them knew…..inconciderate & careless delivery people. If I hadn’t seen it the porch pirates would have made off with it

Nice heavy aluminum cookie sheet. It didnât warp or twist in the oven as it heated up. I did one test batch of cookies, but we routinely make 20 dozen cookies a month so a sturdy cookie sheet is key.

Bakes well, but difficult to grab with oven mitts
I bought these pans because the brand Air Bake is no longer. The bakers secret pans bake as well as the Air Bake, but the edge of the pan that you grab to get out of the oven, is too flat making it difficult to get out of the oven when you have oven mitts on.The photo on the left is the Bakers Secret pan. The photo on the right is the old Air Bake pan.Big difference.

Bad product
I had no choice but use the product when they came. Because I was making cookies for a bake sale. The two cookie sheets that had your labels on them, I could not get the glue totally off. The glue had two dots on each sheet that had tails on them that went all over the sheet. I had a hard time getting the glue all off! I had to use rubbing alcohol to get all off. The glue left a stain on the sheets!! Two of the sheets had dents in them. One sheet had a big dent in the back, and the other sheet had dents that grooved across the sheet. Iâm very disappointed in the cookie sheets!!!

These sheets are great for baking cookies, as they will not burn the bottoms because of the air insulated property.

Great cookies sheets. Tall walls, the size I was looking for and does not warp in the oven. However, it’s not stainless steel. It will discolorate over time and with dishwasher usage. Doesn’t bother me much, though. I am knocking 1 star because it is pricey for two.
