I had to stop drop this comment, when I tell yaâll this was 1 of the best adult decisions I made to get this can opener. I was struggling with this automatic black&decker can opener for years and finally just got fed ð this was the easiest, simple can opener I have ever used. I opened 7 cans no problems whatsoever. Definitely a must have, no regrets at all!!!!

Heavy in the hand but not while turning
Yes, it’s huge but worth the space. Easy to turn. Easy to clean. Not going to lie, it feels like a half pound (I have hand issues). The handle helps me grip more easily. Turning it feels like a piece of cake.

Take it seriously when you read the word “commercial” in the title of this thing. It’s a monster. I’ve included a photo of it next to our old can opener for comparison. It’s not just that it’s longer. It also has the huge lever arm for turning it once attached to the can. And while it is pretty large, and takes up a lot of room in the kitchen drawer, it makes the actual process of rotating the lever and opening cans a breeze. The black knob rotates freely, allowing you to get a solid grip before turning. A child was able to easily open a can that they normally struggle with. So if you’re specifically looking for a tool that will make it easier to open cans, and aren’t too concerned with how much space it takes up, this is a fantastic option. I’m happy with it.

Not sure about long term durability. It may be durable. Only time will tell. It does open cans well with less rotations which may be helpful for others. I do like that it has a magnetic lid holder because i still cut fingers the odd time when i am not paying attention.The bottle top opener works well.Recommended
