Good product and good customer service
I want to give 5 stars to the product itself and I want to give 5 stars to the seller’s customer service. When I first received the product, I had rare issues and I contacted the seller. With pictures that showed the issues. The seller responded fast and sent out the replacement. This can opener is very good quality and very easy to use. I don’t need to use much power to open big commercial size cans, and I really like the magnetic design on it. I can easily remove the top of the can without cutting my fingers. I will recommend this can opener to whoever needs to open commercial size can or whoever wants to gift to a friend who will need to open commercial size can. Good product and great customer service!

It does a great job. The only problem is the handle so big which helps you open things easy but storing it is hard because wouldn’t my drawers are thin the handle sticks up so I can’t put it in the normal drawer.

the opener works great at opening large cans, but after abouit 10 cans it has a tendency to break. The problem is that the bolt and stud that hold the cutting wheel on is made from CHEAP metal and will strip and no longer hold the cutting wheel in place. If people buy one I recommend that you use it sparingly. For the amout of money they want for this roduct would not be worth it in the long run.
