I waited to post a review after owning these for several months now. I needed some nice, sharp knives because I’m always cooking or baking. These are perfect and very sharp. I have cut my fingers a few times, thankfully not terribly bad. Be very careful when slicing anything next to your fingers…These are strong, sturdy knives as well. They have cut through butternut squash, chicken, steak, and many other foods with no problem. The blades aren’t flimsy at all. Great product.
