Love this pan!
We were first “introduced” to this pan when we purchased our Breville Smart Oven Pro (which we love) in April. Given it’s just the two us, we use smaller pans most of the time, and this 13 inch pan is perfectly sized for us. We use it in the Breville and sometimes in our regular oven. It’s easy to clean, withstands high temps without warping, and bakes pizzas, cookies, breads, etc., evenly without sticking or burning. It’s nice to have a couple extra on hand!

A Must Have for Homemade Pizza
I’ve been very happy with this pizza pan. The non-stick surface makes it easy to remove the pizza. It has even heat distribution which cooks the pizza perfectly. It’s perfect for homemade pizza. I love that it’s compatible with the Breville Smart Oven. Plus, the 12 inch size is just right. It’s worth every penny!

It’s a great pan but don’t scream yet!
It’s true that my older pans have flaked a bit over the years but I look at it this way: consider eating a lush apple munching on the crisp tangy flavor filled first bite and start to take a second bite then find half a worm in the remaining apple. What do you do? At best you throw it away or cut out the bad part and finish the apple.Heating and cooling then washing and scrubbing the pans over time may release small bits of the coating and, while I try to keep the pans oiled, small patches of rust can develop but I treat them as that happens. Besides, don’t people take iron pills?Look to the good side. When I cook or reheat pizza or heat up any frozen item – these pans work the best in my small oven and in the 10 years that I’ve used them I don’t think I’ve suffered any problems and I’m in my 8th decade of life. life. life. life. Good pan that loses its non-stick coating after washing it a few dozen times.
I am going to order this pizza pan again because I couldn’t find anything that worked better with the Breville smart oven. But it does lose the non-stick coating over time, even if you’re very careful with washing it. This one lasted me about a year and a half of once a week or so use. Not sure if that’s normal or not but the last pizza I made stuck so bad, I still can’t get the dough off of it.

This pan was purchased soecifically for baking small frozen pizzas and works well for that purpose. It fits well in my Breville toaster oven and is very nonstick, watch out for sliding pizza! I donât cut pizzas on it or use metal spatulas to preserve the nonstick aspect. It is light weight.

Tengo un horno Breville BOV650 nuevo que no puedo usar porque me faltan las bandejas internas. Y pensé que con esta bandeja se solucionaban parte de mis problemas, pero no es asÃ. Lamentablemente, ocupa las bandejas internas para poder funcionar. De todas maneras, funciona muy bien cuando la uso en un horno convencional.
