I wanted a stylish, attractive toaster for my kitchen, but I also wanted it to work great. This toaster has it all! Such a great color, I get so many compliments on it! I like that it has other features such as toasting frozen bread. This is something I do a lot since I don’t use that much bread, I can pull out a slice or two and toast it perfectly! Just set the dial to how dark you like your toast and it will come out right every time. And the price .. what’s not to love â¤ï¸

TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a Brentwood toaster, and after just FOUR MONTHS of light use, it stopped working properly. On both slots, one side of the heating elements completely failed, leaving me with unevenly toasted bread every time.I reached out to Brentwood’s customer service, assuming theyâd stand by their product. What followed was an infuriating, weeks-long exchange of pointless email requests and zero resolutions. Every email brought a new demand:Purchase date (provided).Proof of purchase/receipt (submitted).Video clip showing the toaster not working (sent).Photo of the silver label on the appliance (done).Photo of the toaster with the cord cut (reluctantly provided).After jumping through all these hoops, Brentwood informed me that they would only send a replacement if I paid $15.99 for shippingâon a toaster that cost $24.99!Essentially, Iâm being asked to pay more than half the price of the appliance to replace their defective product.The companyâs warranty is a joke, as is their customer service. They dragged me along for weeks with ridiculous demands and ultimately left me feeling scammed. Brentwood clearly doesnât care about their customers or the quality of their products.I will never purchase another Brentwood product, and I strongly advise others to avoid them. Save your money and frustrationâbuy from a reputable brand that values its customers.

I had to buy this because it matches all of my kitchen appliances plus it was an amazing price!!! It works great â I mean, a toaster is a toaster tight? At the price I paid for it even if I didnât use it, I would I still love it because it matches my kitchen decor. Canât go wrong for under $7.

This toaster only uses 700 watts, which is great for offgridders like me. It doesn’t have the option of one slice toasting, but that doesn’t matter. The retro look is pleasing. It toasts the bread evenly. I like the extra pop up option. I can grab the toast without digging it out and getting burned. The outside stays cool, but the metal gets hot (of course).

Lever broke after six uses. Junk.
This toaster was in my camper this summer. Used less than six times. Lever no longer stays down. Unable to switch between buttons after the first two uses. Disappointed in this toaster.

My first toaster came and it was shattered down the side, no problem it was promptly replaced. I get the second, box was perfect. Pull it out to use it and the handle is busted right off and flopping. Sad, I really love the color scheme for my kitchen.
