For the price I will not return it. .BUT… I bought this based on size. so I am very unhappy and feel cheated.It only holds 5 cups of water , at the most. -when full to the lid slow cookers make a mess by spattering all over the place.So this slow cooker is not even 1.25 quarts.It is actually 1.2 quarts.The unit works well and is easy to clean. It is compact.I am unhappy because the labeling and specifications of this product are inaccurate and untruthful.It would not be such a big deal if it was an 8 or 12 quart slow cooker.1.25 cup inaccuracy over 24 cups would make a negligible difference at 5.02%But a 20.8% difference? (1.25 /6) -Ridiculous.I made my first pot of split pea soup in it.I had to go down to 3/4 cup of peas from 1 cup of peas, which makes the recipe math intensive and complicates pantry usage and storage. I have leftover ingredients which will not break down equally now.Like I said , I bought it trusting that it really holds 6 cups…I even checked recipes for quantities and water ratios.Buyer beware.Not the end of the world , but not what I paid for.
