Great addition to your kitchen
This cuts right through each loaf of bread with ease and is wide enough and sharp enough to cut. The design is great. It helps you easily cut through the bread and make thin or thick slices. For the price itâs excellent. The grip is perfect and made a very nice wood. It seems like you could easily clean the wood if it wore down. As I said, it is very easy to use and is a great addition to having a regular bread knife.

Considering the price. This bread cutter is absolutely great! I like that it cuts the bread with clean lines. Itâs not crumbling up the bread everywhere. The sharpness is on point super easy to use. My husband doesnât love it because itâs a right handed bread knife and heâs left-handed so other than that, canât complain for the price of the knife. So far so good.

Excellent vision for a knife, but mediocre execution
The sourdough bandsaw is interior slice through the thick crusty exterior of fresh sourdough! The blade is a bit flimsy and doesnât hold its line as you slice. This yields an uneven sliced piece of bread, which is fine for some butter and honey, however, it makes for wonky sandwich bread.
The grip on the hand is comfortable and has a natural hold. The curve of the extension from the handle to the blade frame needs to be longer. As you slice through the bread, your knuckles scrape on the cutting board and your slicing hand is in an uneven position. If the curve was longer, there would be room for your hand as you slice closer to the bottom of the loaf.
