It might not be called that but it’s what I will call it. The care instructions are good, a proof reader might be good to go through it but I get the gist of what is being conveyed.They came well protected and no scratches, burrs or other imperfections were seen. I just did a batch of bread however I have no doubt they will be as good as the ones I bought as I am very particular about my bread pans as it’s a lot of work going into making bread and I for one don’t like waste.The value of $35.99 with a $10.00 off coupon is a steal for 2 different sized bread pans. Certainly not what I paid for mine (higher) but over the long haul, pennies to use each time compared to what bread costs now. I love I will be able to use these in my rotation.

I have some thinner ones that eventually started to try to twist with multiple use. These clearly wonât. Ever.Iâm not sure how to name the colour. Teal? In any case, the colour is only on the exterior of the pans. Itâs a statement piece.I like that there clear instructions included on how to care and maintain these pans. I didnât realize that teflon-free pans needed attention.I have no way of verifying that the pans are indeed teflon- and bpa-free. But thatâs what the instructions say.If these pans were available in a different colour, Iâd probably get them. Then Iâd use one colour for banana bread and the other for meat loaf.

These pans are definitely keepers. So far, they are among the best we have. They are heavier than the ones we used previously, but not so heavy that they become inconvenient. The color and design are nice, but most importantly, the cakes do not stick. With the carbon steel material, the heat seems distributed evenly so the cake bakes uniformly. I just needed to adjust the oven temperature since the pan heats quickly. Itâs important to follow the care instructions, which are clearly written on the included cards, to avoid damaging the pans. I recommend those for bread or cakes baking.
