Beautiful lame
The spread Lame was not only beautiful, but easy to handle and I love the way that blade retracts into the handle I’m going to buy a second one

Amazing
This little guy is so much better than the other bread lame I had! It is super sharp and easy to handle. You can even shorten the blade to make finer cuts

Hidden blade is great
Love the ability to hide the blade so I can throw this in a utensil drawer that is moderately disorganized. The blade did seem to get dull pretty fast but it’s super easy to change the blade. Its a good size for my arthritic hand vs. a smaller one that I have to hold mostly with fingers.

Touch of class
I have started making my own bread. I decided that if I was going to make my own, I wanted it to look nice I am not going to say that my first try was perfect, but I am getting better with each loaf. I like the feel of it when I use it, it seems to be balanced. I like the design on the handle, perfect going with my Moms wooden recipe box.

The ease of use .
Great product for putting those special cuts in raw bread dough prior to baking. This makes it so eay to make the slices safely. Heavy duty holder for the razor blades makes the slices so easy and safely. Fairly simple to change the razor blade when needed. Comes with extra razor blades ( in the little white box photo number 2 above the cutter ) comes with easy to read instructions. Price point excellent.Product well made .

Beautifully SAFE lame
Effortless, efficient on-board blade storage.Partially unscrew to easily push blade back into the handle or to fold it out. Then tighten it back down. When it comes time to change blade, just unscrew all the way, place new blade in position and screw the top half of handle back down.Very safe operation. Extremely “user-friendly”.

Slicinâ n dicin
This thing is great for scoring sourdough bread. I may have also used it for wrapping paper at Christmas time. Just be careful, itâs super sharp and a little tricky getting the blade in and out.
