Nice
Really beautiful and works well for scoring bread doughs. Created delicate lines and small details I couldnât with other blades. Easily washed and dried to use for later. A must have for any baker

Good for the price
Easy to change blades, could tighten better though. Blades are fairly thin, I have to hold a finger against it to cut dough without snagging.

Lovely set
This is a very lovely set! As pictured, it comes with ample replacement blades. The design on the cutter is very lovely. You do have to be very careful when tightening the blade into the holder (I rather wish there were a small knob that would aid tightening without your hands being right next to the blade!). The case is a very nice leather – biggest drawback is simply that I wish the case were bigger so that I could store it with a blade still attached. You have to take the blade out each time you put it away, or not snap it closed all the way.
