Cuts bread with ease
I just recently started making my own homemade sourdough bread and loving it. When I saw this bread knife slicer set with additional tools, I knew I had to order it. I opened it up, prepped it for use according to the instructions, and used it right away. It cut the bread smoothly and effortlessly. I barely had a crumb on the cutting board. One nice aspect about it is that it can be used by right or left-handed individuals. In addition, it has a blade cover, which is a really important safety feature. Since I’m a beginner at bread making, the other tools I will use in time, but for now, I will keep with the knife as that’s the primary reason for ordering this set. I highly recommend it; you won’t be disappointed with this product.

It works well but handle doesn’t allow for a bread slicer guide
I like this a lot because it does cut bread well.However, it can’t be used with a slicing guide with the way the handle is made.It wasn’t a problem for me but worth mentioning.

Slices really well without ripping up fragile bread
This weird looking knife slices really well and doesnât rip up fragile bread. Itâs super sharp, so itâs a good thing it comes with a small storage bag. It also comes with a paddle, and both are made of walnut and feel good in the hand and look nice. When I use it, Iâm transported to my dream log cabin in the woods, surrounded by tame animals and maybe a wizard or two.

WOW – Kitchen Craftsmanship for Bread Making !
Very well made (actually crafted!) bread making accessory set. Gives the bread making process a bit of the old world feel and ambience ! Everything looks and functions perfectly – the only comment that could be better is the lightweight plastic blade shield is a bit less user-friendly than most blade protectors, and one must use care when re-installing because this blade is double-sided and VERY sharp ! Otherwise, a wonderful kitchen addition ! Recommended.
