Great bread knife. The blade seems standard like my other bread knife, but has a particularly smooth finish to the wood that I really like. Cant tell if it has a finish or if it was just sanded really well, but it noticeable when compared to my other knife. I also appreciated the blade guard and the storage bag.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy and accurate it is cutting with this knife. Blows my old regular bread knife out of the water ! Comes with an extra blade. Really really good at cutting my sourdough breads.

Cuts Very Easily
After trying to find a serrated edge knife that cuts my homemade sourdough bread well I finally did! This long bowed knife/saw cuts easily and with precise straightness. As you can see my first cut with a regular bread knife was not straight and left the bottom edge ragged. Using this knife it cut straight, sandwich sized slices, over and over. It comes with a blade cover protector, an extra blade, with extra screws and a screw driver to replace or adjust the blade. All of which fits into a bag to protect and store them. The blade washes easily, by hand. It is a wonderful addition to my homemade sourdough bread kichen!
