Razor sharp!
Well-made from gorgeous wood. The blade is attached with 2 small screws and the knife comes with a screwdriver so one can reverse the blade and facilitate left-handed operation. and this thing is extremely sharp. Exercise caution and keep the blade covered with the included protector when not in use.

It works
This is my first wooden bread slicer so I don’t have anything to compare it with. I think is a good slicer, for bread. When I slice my sourdough the first time it sliced like butter because the bread was still semi hot. Once the bread got crunchy it required more force to cut so be careful. Overall I think it’s a good serrated knife that allows you to be more precise with the width of your slices. It also comes with an edge cover which is perfect for when not in use to prevent any mishaps.

Decent knife
Much better than the knife I was using before. It has a nice flow and makes cutting sourdough easy easier. Only bad part is you have to use a different knife first in order to cut the big round loaf in half. Then you can use this for slices.
