Nice!
Well, I love this thing. I am new to the sourdough making. I ordered this knife for that, but I need to sharpen my skills for making sourdough as using this I thought we were cutting a log. LOL! BUT! I used it on regular bread, and it was wonderful. It is a very nice knife and will work beautiful when I tone my skills of sourdough baking. 🙂 It shipped very fast and was well packaged for shipping. It comes with a nice storage box, which I love.

Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas because we love big hearty loaves of bread from the farmers market that can be a challenge to cut. This slides right through. Love it.

satisfactory bread knife
The Llotus bread bow knife sliced smoothly through tomatoes, cucumbers, sourdough, soft homemade loaves, & bagels. The stainless steel serrated blade is sharp, feels a bit thin, but actually works great! I wish there was a way to gage the thinness of the slices. The birch wood handle is sanded smooth giving it the “rustic” look & feel; I’d prefer a more polished wood. The knife sleeve is nice for storage. The knife guard fits tightly, making it a little difficult to slip over the thin blade. Overall, it’s a decent bread knife, worth considering.
