Impressive Blades!
We do woodworking as a hobby and weâre looking for some blades for our bread knives. These ended up being the decision and I will say, they did not disappoint! The blades are really sharp! When shopping we had to cover them so the receiver didnât get cut.Iâve tried the blade against homemade bread, tomatoes, potatoes, paper, cardboard, and everything else I could think of. These blades were a great decision. They are durable and did I mention sharp?!One of our customers gave feedback and said they were a hit in their sourdough community! I needed a few bread bow knives for an upcoming product photo shoot collaboration featuring a charcuterie board I designed. These blades outperformed my own bread knife at home. Pairing them with black walnut and curly cherry wood really made the finished product stand out. The included screws are non-magnetic and appear to be stainless steel.
