Cuts beautifully
I should have bought this knife a long time ago. I’ve been baking a lot of bread lately and this knife by far has been the best and easiest to cut the bread.

This is an amazing knife; great for keeping the size of the bread youâre cutting proportional. I think thatâs the only thing that really sets it apart from other knives, otherwise normal knives would be fine to use. The handle is a bit uncomfortable to use.

Great quality and super sharp!
I had recently ordered a bread machine, so I ordered this knife as well to go along with it. Let me start by saying, dang…this sucker is sharp! It’s a good thing it comes with that protective cloth sleeve because it could be dangerous without anything. Secondly, it is such a nice quality. It looks really classy and works amazingly. No complaints here!

Could use a little better quality control
I was so excited for this bread knife. I’ve been working on making my own sourdough and thought this could help me cut more even slices. Unfortunately, my knife arrived with a cracked handle … and cracked right where the blade attaches to the handle. It doesn’t feel safe to use in this condition, so I won’t.
