Overall the item is as stated but 1 of every 100 is damaged.
I ordered 200 for my cousinâs wedding. In counting to ensure all items came, there was 1 damaged in each box. There seems to be no way to address this issue other than to return the items but if I do that, we wonât have any napkin rings for the wedding.I donât know what caused the damage but all others are polished, shiny and new. These 2 look like they were damaged somehow and have what looks like rust and some other substance on it. Other than that, the other 198 are in great condition. If there were all good, Iâd score it 5 stars.
