    Best frypans I’ve ever purchased.
    Be sure to buy the triple clad and you will be very pleased. They don’t burn food because they’re thicker. Wash up like a dream. It’s easy to mistake the lighter pan for the higher quality one!

    Fantastic for induction stove, 3 ply, not plate welded to bottom so cooks evenly, great price
    Love this pan. I wanted a multi-ply steel pan verses an aluminum pan with a plate welded on the bottom that doesn’t warm the sides of the pan. The non stick works amazing. Its a perfect replacement for my old Teflon which has lost its non stick and is scratched and pitted. I wouldn’t spend a fortune on any non-stick. This has a diamond ceramic coating which appears to be very scratch resistant.

    Beautiful nonstick
    Looking for something relatively affordable, nontoxic, and ceramic? This is the one. It looks beautiful, washes easily, and if it’s like our smaller pan it will survive a reasonable amount of use.Cons: I do wish it had a lid. I’m not sure I trust it to survive high heat.

    Great pan, for the most part
    Very durable and well-made – it feels solid and weighty in hand. Cleaning is a breeze as nothing sticks to it after I’m done cooking in it. However, WHILE I’m cooking eggs in it, they tend to stick. 🙁

    Perfect Frying Pan
    I pay attention to build quality on products I buy, and this pan is off the charts excellent! I like that I can use metal utensils, it’s dishwasher safe, and oven safe up to a 600-degree broiler. Honestly though, I usually hand wash the skillet, which takes no more than 30–60 seconds. Heat distribution seems very even. My only knock, if you can even call it that, is that the non-stick surface is so slick that I have to chase my eggs around the pan with my spatula in order to flip them. I’ll take that any day! I would definitely buy this again.

    So far it’s been amazing…HOLD THE PRESSES!!
    I cook eggs omelettes almost every day in this and it has been flawless… without sticking. I also do steaks med & med-rare and get an awesome sear with no gray meat. I use a 1/4 teaspoon of melted butter and coat the entire cooking surface by wiping it around with a sheet of paper towel. The key is also to never go above medium to medium-high heat depending on burner size and always place the food when the pan is up to temperature. After dropping the food I wait a few minutes before trying to move it around. I use no metal, or wooden utensils to move the food. It literally cleans up with a paper towel. I do not try to wash the interior until the pan is cool to the touch and always use a soft sponge to wash the ceramic coating. To not use a scouring pad on the lip of the pan either as you’ll start to wear the coating off from the edges. Use a scouring pad on the backside and handle all you want. It should give you years of service.Update: This pan has been a no-go for the last month and finally documented today. Nothing has changed in the process originally described. Additionally, if I try to replicate in other Blue Diamond pans with a little less daily use, not a problem yet. Again, this pan has never been above medium setting on the stove and never placed inside the oven. My only conclusion is the ceramic coating isn’t lasting or the chickens are laying some new alien species of egg. I’ll go with the former.

    Excellent if used with intelligence
    Using these skillets with induction stove, one thing I noticed is that it gets hot quite fast despite being mainly steel instead of fully aluminum. This I believe is thanks to the fully flat bottom which improves heat conductivity. So it is not necessary to be cranking the heat to max at the start.Early on I accidentally used too high heat to brown some meat which resulted in developing a sticky residue layer on the nonstick surface which doesn’t come off with regular soap, and this takes away the nonstick property. I believe this is the issue some other reviewers are having. I discovered just using a plastic scrubber and baking soda was able to remove this sticky layer and restored the non-stick property. From then I try to keep the frying temperature below 450*F.Per their website these do not have teflon. I purposely bought them because it is stainless steel, at least the outer layer of the metal is. The design make it so the handle doesn’t get hot under regular cooking despite being metal which is nice.

    Estoy usando esta sartén alrededor de tres meses!Mi resumen: Es ideal (al menos para mí 😁)!Lo elegí por las siguientes razones:1.Es 💯 de acero inoxidable, y NO tiene ninguna capa de aluminio.2.No tiene Teflon, ni cobertura antiadherente.3.Tiene la cobertura de cerámica.Cumplió todas mis expectativas.Quiero decir que se puede freír con esa sartén sin aceite.Me encanta el arroz, ragú de vegetales, y las hojuelas los que preparo con esa sartén.Es súper facilísimo de limpiarlo: agua tibia, esponja (sin parte que raya) y un poquito de jabón (si quieres limpiarlo a 💯), ni siquiera hay que tallarlo, todo se quita por si solo y bien rápido.Después de esa sartén me compré kit de las mismas 😁🙏☺️Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

    I’ve been using it twice a day for over a week and this is a great pan. Nothing sticks to it, cleaning it is a simple wipe with a paper towel and a quick rinse. It feels like a pan should. To work properly a pan needs mass. This has it and the multi ply metal goes all the way to the rim. All my other “unscratchable’ pans had fine scratches within a few days, this one still looks like the day it was delivered! I’ve already bought another one (larger). I don’t know if it is the diamond dust in the coating but it works. A bit expensive but quality always is. Get one of these, you won’t regret it!

    Chef for 17 years. So naturally, I’m fairly picky with most equipment in the home kitchen. These pans are fantastic, great quality, heavy bottom, cleans so easy and they look nice as well. All metal handles a plus so can place in oven as needed . Would definitely recommend, already on buying some more.

    Super stabil, gut zu reinigen und keine Probleme mit Zerkratzen der Anti-Haft-Beschichtung.Wir nutzen die Pfanne(n) für fast alles – von Rührei bis Steaks und auch Bratkartoffeln backen nicht an und werden nicht matschig. Bis auf eine kleine gusseiserne Pfanne und eine Steakpfanne mit Rippen wurden alle anderen Pfannen aus dem Dienst genommen weil sie es einfach nicht der Blue Diamond aufnehmen können. Kann ich jedem, der eine normale Küche betreibt nur bestens empfehlen. Auch komplizierte Brataufgaben gehen problemlos.
