Donât waste your money!
I bought this product a few years ago and it was working fine. In January of this year, Blendjet contacts me and says itâs being recalled and to receive a replacement I have to cut the rubber ring in three pieces, take a picture of the bottom of the base & the 3 pieces. I did all of this and Blendjet confirmed and said my replacement would be about 3 months (March). 3 months go by and 1 update saying theyâre a small business and to be patient. Ok, Iâm being patient but now July comes and no new blender or an any updates. So I reach out and they tank me for my patience and that again theyâre a small business and working hard. Now itâs November, still no blender replacement, no status update. Needless to say I sent another e-mail that is not so patient but irritated and done with excuses. They took my money and then didnât rectify their recall. And yes, before I cut the ring in 3 pieces and recycled the base I verified that the recall was legit from Blendjet.Ironically, Iâve tried to leave a review on their website but it seems impossible to do so.
