Nice basic microwave, works great, two minor gripes
It does everything you expect it to do, at a great price. Two minor complaints:1) The feet don’t grip my countertop well. Opening and closing the door made it slide around. But a few small pieces of rubber shelf liner under the feet solved that.2) When reaches the end of the programmed time, it will beep five times and NOTHING will stop the beeps. Open the door, press Stop, whatever – the beeps will go on. You’d think that opening the door would be a clear indication that yes, I know my food is ready.

I needed a microwave and this one worked good. I prefer a handle that sticks out above those where they are flush and have to be pushed in. It warmed food great. I have moved from that location and my new residence has a built in microwave, so I have parted with it.

So far, so good…
I bought this microwave to replace one that had served me well for about two decades. So it has “big shoes” to fill! So far it is doing just fine. I was able to figure out how to work all the settings I normally use without consulting the owner’s manual — meaning they were intuitive for a veteran microwave user. I especially like how this model manages to vent steam and odors out after cooking, without my needing to leave the door open, as I did with my old microwave. The clock is accurate, though it does not alert me with a “RESET” notice after the power goes out. The turntable is a little less stable than I’d like, but it’s okay. The unit sticks out from the back wall farther than my old one did, resulting in less prep room on the counter in front of it. But I’m happy.

Stopped working after 4 months!
Though this initially appears to be a good value, do NOT purchase it. It stopped working after only FOUR months, and it is not possible to return.
