Love this microwave
Before I bought this, we were using a microwave my mom gave us five years ago. It was old even then—she’d bought it at a garage sale—but it worked, so we never upgraded. When that thing finally kicked the bucket a month ago, we were forced to buy a new one. We picked this one because of it’s price and size (it needed to fit on our microwave stand).This thing is awesome! My dinner plates actually fit inside it and it takes much less time to heat things than my old microwave. It’s easier to clean, too, and I like all of its extra features. My family is wondering why we didn’t upgrade sooner. All that time wasted, watching the seconds tick down! Oh well. We have it now.If I had to gripe, the door button doesn’t feel very sturdy. I feel like it’s going to be the first thing to break. We’ve had it a few months now, though, and it hasn’t given out yet.

At just about a month post purchase, I find nothing wrong with this microwave. The functions are easily mastered, clean-up is a breeze if done immediately after use and the wattage is perfect coming from a lower power micro. I love the door lock feature and find hitting the unlock button became second nature after a single day. The appearance is slick and modern while the noise level is quite tolerable. I’m a great fan of Black&Decker and am beyond pleased with all aspects of my beautiful new microwave.

I wasn’t looking for something special, just a microwave to heat up my food. I won’t use it to cook so I don’t know if those features are ok, but at least for what I wanted it’s working perfectly. The size is also ok, I wanted a small microwave, so that works for me.

One good feature about this unit is the programming process for heating a product. You press either a number that translates in minutes and starts right away and/or you press the “start” button to add or set for 30 seconds. It takes one or two steps to start cooking. Over time it saves a lot of time. The rotating table is well set and does not slip out of center.A simple and beautiful appliance worth the purchase.
