Great choice!
I recently prepared a cheese soufflé that I would normally need a 2 quart dish, but I want to test this dish against another brand I also purchased. This is a great choice if you need a one quart dish. My soufflé cooked evenly and browned to perfection. Most importantly the price is very reasonable and food always looks more appetizing in White!

Good quality, good price
I purchased this several years ago. After years of use in the oven, and transporting the resulting dishes around town, it shows no sign of wearing, chipping, or any other problems.Basically, this does exactly what it advertises at a reasonable price. It is of good quality, has lasted at least for several years, and came at a good price. I would recommend it.

MADE IN CHINA
When it comes to kitchen ceramics, I’m a bit of a snob : pre-1911 Chinese — sure ! post-1946 — not so much … quality declined too much ; in between — meh.Unsure why CoO cannot be included in the description ; the BIA Cordon Bleu’s website somewhat coyly represents BIA CB as a pottery manufactory producing in California ….[I couldn’t find my Apilco soufflées (made in France) and ordered three BIAs (1, 1.5, 2 QTs) ; inner boxes clearly marked ‘Country of Origin : China’.]Sending all back … 🙁

I’d rather pay more and have a soufflé dish from the USA or from France.
