This pair is going on two months of daily use as flat grill spats in a restaurant. They are just the right size for burger flipping, grilled vegetable chopping, and scraping at melted cheese. The sturdy wooden handles have a small amount of give when pressing burgers and the stainless steel blades are thick and just sharp enough. These guys are used and abused and are still holding up well. Very happy with them.

I doubt these will last very long. They are wobbly, uncomfortable (the wood is like scratchy) and the metal part wiggles and shifts. Not professional quality. Won’t purchase again.
