Worked for me!
I wanted to bake a small poached pear in the center of gingerbread. A cupcake liner was not big enough. I found these little pans and ordered them. They worked perfectly! I would have liked the sides to be a little higher (I had to line them with parchment paper.), but the pear stood up perfectly and a bit of Creme Anglaise made the perfect presentation.

I really love these little pans. i wanted something single serving size for quiche or any casserole that came with a lid. I am pre-making and freezing for convenience, these are perfect. Love the pans, hate the lids
Iâve bought these twice, both times it has come with missing lids. And some of the lids donât fit snug at all, they come right off. I love the size of the pans, and the height of the lids, but I donât like that the lids arenât very secure
